Reduced Costs
We reduce overall costs in four ways:
- Less supervision. We free-up corporate resources, allowing critical staff members to focus on the real business of the enterprise. We work with our corporate clients to plan new store build-outs and we work with local general contractors to complete each store. This eliminates our clients’ need for store-by-store project management and simplifies the construction process.
- Value engineering. Once a package has been defined and tested, our engineering team can identify ways to reduce cost without sacrificing structural integrity and without compromising either aesthetics or durability.
- Earlier opening. We typically open stores ahead of schedule, adding profit to the bottom line. This reduces construction costs and, importantly, adds to the bottom line.
- Fewer problems. We eliminate many of the post-installation headaches that can result in added and unforeseen costs, low employee morale or, worse, a less than satisfactory customer experience.
